项目摘要

b分木の上を動く単純ランダムウォーク(SRW)の局所時間(SRWが各点を訪問する頻度を表す量)の極大値統計を解析した. より具体的には, 深さnのb分木上でSRWを十分長い時間だけ走らせ, その時刻におけるn世代目の各点の局所時間を考える. n世代目の集合上での局所時間の極大値と極大値をとる点の位置を司る点測度を考える. b分木の深さnを無限大にとばすとき, この点測度があるランダムな点測度(Cox過程)に収束することを示した. 特に局所時間が極大値をとる点の分布が臨界的ランダム乗法カスケード測度と呼ばれるランダム測度によって特徴付けられることがわかった.その系として, nを無限大にとばすとき, 局所時間のn世代目全体の上での最大値から適当な値を差し引いた量の分布が, 非自明な分布(ランダムなシフトを持つGumbel分布)に収束することを示した.確率変数の重要なクラスとして「対数相関を持つ確率変数」があり, b分木上のSRWの局所時間はその1例である. 対数相関を持つ広いクラスの確率変数の極値統計は類似した性質を持つだろうと予想されており, 分枝Brown運動, 分枝ランダムウォーク, 2次元離散Gauss自由場などの代表的なモデルでは詳しい研究がすでに行われており, 予想されている類似性が厳密に示されている. 本研究の新しい点は, 局所時間の極値統計が分枝Brown運動などのモデルと同様な性質を持つことを初めて示した点である.本研究では, 局所時間の分布が0次元Bessel過程の分布で記述できるという事実に着目し, 2次元離散Gauss自由場の極大値統計の研究で開発された手法を援用した.
