2022年度の計画どおりに実施できた。まずは不妊治療中カップルのパートナーシップを向上させるための構成要素を抽出した。抽出方法としては若手研究で行ったシステマティックレビューで明確となった構成概念と不妊治療の支援に携わっている専門家（医師、歯科医、助産師、看護師、理学療法士、鍼灸師、公認心理士、臨床心理士）からインタビューを照合し構成要素を検討した。その結果、支援の現状と課題、それらをふまえた支援が明らかとなった。具体的な課題として、孤立傾向によるカップルの関係性維持の難しさ、連携を強化し一貫した支援が難しい、我が国ではカップルの支援が確立されていない、精神症状、気分障害、抑うつ、不安障害を併発することがあるがそれらの心理的状況への支援も確立されていない現状があることが明確となった。これらの課題をふまえてアセスメントの実施、情報提供、コミュニケーションスキル、カウンセリング等を使用や認知行動療法・効率型認知行動療法を使用した心理療法、地域での連携の支援が必要性について抽出した。
