项目摘要

本研究では、老年看護に従事する者や教育者が集い学習共同体を組織して、認知症看護のオープン教育リソースを作成、それを臨床看護師や看護学生が活用しその有用性を明らかにすることを第一段階の目的としている。2022年度は、認知症看護オープン教育リソースの作成に向けて、近隣の老人看護専門看護師や認知症看護認定看護師、大学教員等が学習共同体を組織して、定期的に学習会を開催し、臨床の課題を共有するとともに、作成する教材についてディスカッションを行った。教材活用に至るまでのスケジュールを考慮し教材を精選した結果、①認知症の行動心理症状に対する看護、②せん妄の予防と看護、③身体拘束の回避と転倒・転落予防、④意思決定・退院調整の支援をテーマとすることとなり、役割分担をした。これらの教材は、臨床における短時間の研修に活用することを想定し、3～5分の動画を視聴後、グループワークまたは個人ワークを通してアセスメントや看護ケアを検討、その後、解説を確認して、認知症看護の理解や本人の視点を重視した看護実践へつながることをねらいとしている。今年度中には、①BPSD、②せん妄への対応に関する教材の構成検討、状況を設定したシナリオを作成、動画撮影を終了し、2本の動画教材を作成した。その後、これら教材の解説資料を作成しており、活用に向けた研究的な取り組みについて倫理審査委員会へ申請中である。また、看護学生を対象とした教材も視野にいれていることから、認知症看護の基礎的な知識やVR動画教材の看護学生への適用に関するこれまでの取り組みを日本老年看護学会にて報告する予定である。

The purpose of this study is to clarify the usefulness of the first phase of the study, including the organization of learning communities, the creation of educational solutions for cognitive care, and the use of clinical care providers and nursing students. In 2022, we will organize a learning community for cognitive care providers, neighborhood nursing staff, cognitive care accreditation providers, and university teachers, and promote regular learning sessions, sharing clinical topics, and creating teaching materials. The results of teaching materials selection are: ① nursing for cognitive disorders; ② prevention of physical restraint; ④ rational decision-making; support for hospital withdrawal; The teaching material is used for short-term clinical study, and the animation is used for 3 - 5 minutes. The personal communication is used for nursing, and the explanation is used for confirmation. The cognitive nursing understanding is used for personal perspective. In this year, we will discuss the composition of teaching materials, set the status, create animation, and create two animation teaching materials. After that, the explanatory data of the teaching materials shall be prepared, and the selection and organization of the research shall be utilized. The application for ethics review committee shall be submitted.
