项目摘要

2023年度は、就労後にASDまたはADHDと診断される労働者支援ツール原案作成のため、先行研究より示された支援方法について実践家による活用可能性への意見集約を目的に、2件（2023年3月8日群馬産業看護研究会研修会および3月18日群馬パース大学第4回公開講座）の成果発表を行った。支援は、本人の就労生活に沿って困りごと解決の「支援をまわす」とフォローアップの「支援をつなぐ」から形成された。「支援をまわす」には最も適切な方法を考慮する「マネジメント担当」があり、日常的に対応が可能な産業看護職や人事労務担当者が該当した。産業医、専門家らを含むすべての支援者は解決に向けた直接支援の役割として「困りごと解決担当」であった。支援は「まわす」と「つなぐ」のスパイラルを描きながら、本人や職場の強化を図り、彼らの自立した就労生活に向けたプロセスとして示された。この支援方法の活用に関するアンケート調査の結果、群馬産業看護研究会研修会参加者36名の内、産業看護職11名から自由記述による回答を得て、実践家における振り返りのツールおよび支援ガイドラインへの活用の示唆が得られ、支援者としての態度や労働者の人生を包含した支援の方向性といった認識の強化へ寄与することが明らかになった。また、発達障害者に特化した就労移行・定着支援施設の視察を行い、医療施設のデイサービス等を基盤としたプログラムにより個別の特性に応じて構造化された就労および生活スキルにおける支援方法の理解を深めた。作業療法士による構造化された作業工程の指示書は今後の事業場における一貫した指示内容への示唆が得られた。さらに事業場による多様な専門家の活用と発掘、および支援ネットワーク構築への重要性が明らかになった。
