The presence and practice of millet consumption in Central Asia

I obtained 102 ceramic samples from Nazarbayev University, Kazakhstan, all of which have been subject to two lipid extraction methodologies, producing 200 extracts, with over half analysed by GC-MS. Data has been interpreted and shared with collaborators and plans have been established for further analysis in Japan and with international partners. This will fulfil the primary objective of this project. Calcite deposits were obtained from five ceramics, enabling proteomic analysis, which may allow greater interpretation and enhance the outcomes of this research.I have analysed additional GC-MS data from China (10), Russia (5), India (20), and Kazakhstan (72), and contributed to the interpretation, presentation, and publication of the material from Kazakhstan.
