项目摘要

今年度,分子病理学は病理学に深く浸透しつつあり,学会の発表も純粋に形態学的な研究よりも,免疫組織化学,分子遺伝組織学,癌ほか,各種疾病の分子遺伝学的研究など,分子機能的検索を併用した研究が進展し,分子病理学の意識の導入,体系化は次第に進行しつつあると考えられる. 各班員の研究も,この線に沿って進展したが,今年度は,〔杉山〕発癌の分子機構,ホルマリン固定標本から遺伝子DNAの救出,〔菊地〕免疫応答の分子機構,〔森〕代謝異常の分子病理学,〔下里〕各種腫瘍の遺伝子発現〔玉置〕免疫と分子病理学,〔中根〕細胞生物学と疾病研究,〔内野〕アミロイドの分子病理学,〔福西〕内分泌の分子病理学,〔吉永〕免疫応答増幅の分子機構,〔高橋〕マクロファージの機能の分子的側面,に関してそれぞれ,個別計画で成果をあげた.全体の計画としては,6月に本班の班会議を行ない,互いに意見を交換した. そして,63年度に総合Aに引続き,総合Bの申請を企画しようとしたが,班長が医学部長着任で多忙のために組織の結成には至らなかったが,64年度には申請の予定である. 将来病理学の近代化のために,特定研究をそしきしたいと考えている.一方,日本病理学会として,代表者杉山,および,理科学研究所の井川氏と合同で疾病と病因遺伝子のシンポジウムを実施する計画が進められている.
