高頻度陽圧換気法の低酸素性肺血管収縮反応に与える効果を検討するために, 開胸雑種成犬で電磁流量計を用いて一側肺低酸素時の肺血流量の変化を調べた.方法雑種犬をペントバルビタールで麻酔し, カーレンスチューブ挿管後, 各種循環諸量測定用カテーテルの挿入を行った. そして左開胸をして左肺動脈に電磁流量計プローブを装着した. ついで開胸側肺を窒素で10Hzの高頻度陽圧呼吸することにより低酸素状態にして, 低酸素性肺血管収縮反応の変化を動脈血酸素分圧, 左肺血流量および肺動脈圧から検討した.結果左側肺の窒素による高頻度陽圧呼吸で動脈血酸素分圧および左肺血流量の低下, 肺動脈圧の上昇が見られたが, 動脈血酸素分圧および肺動脈圧の変化は非開胸犬で見られた結果とほぼ一致していて, 高頻度陽圧呼吸が低酸素性肺血管収縮反応を抑制する傾向があることが判った.
