项目摘要

dilogarithm関数の研究と題する本研究において、研究代表者である加藤芳文はある形をした円分多項式の根、黄金数などを含む、がdilogarithm関数に対し特殊値の関係にあることおよびラダー構造と呼ばれる関係式を満たすことを調べた。またこの関数式が古くから知られまた最近においても統計物理学で最発された一連のRoger-Ramanujan恒等式の級数展開における係数の漸近的ふるまいからも得られることを調べた。逆に円分多項式に対して一種のRoger-Ramanujan型の恒等式が存在することが予想されるがこれについては具体的な解答は得られておらず未解決な興味深い問題である。またRoger-Ramanujan恒等式の展型的な2つの型においてはそれが等比的に周期的であるヤコビ行列式の無限次の行列式及びその比として実現されることがわかり統計物理学における分割関数の出現理由及び連分数との関連が明解に理解できた。具体的に論文の形で発表したものとしては雑誌論文の項にかいたように加藤芳文のものとして2編ある。前者は複素対称多様体上に複素代数的トーラスを自然に作用させた時その多様は固定点に対応して複素アフィン座標が自然に入りこの作用を具体的に記述可能であることを示した。一般に代数多様体の理論においては作用を具体的に書き表わすことはあまり行れておらずこれからの研究において非常に有用だと思われる。後者の論文は混合周期的ヤコビ行列に対応したヤコビ連分数展開表示した関数をスティスチェス変換の形に表わす時に必要な測度を具体的に求めることが可能であることを示している。ここにおいてアーベル積分および離散的測度が表れ離散的測度の振るまいがヤコビ行列にどのような影響を与えるかを調べている。成分が等比的に変化するヤコビ行列に対しても測度を具体的に求めることは大事で上記の問題と密接な関係にある。
