RELIGION,LAW AND PRACTICAL FILE IN THE SOUTH MEXICAN VILLAGES

在墨西哥，天主教构成了整个文化的基础和核心，主导和影响着墨西哥文化的各个阶段和各个方面，而详细、准确地阐明天主教文化复合体的结构和功能，是全面了解墨西哥社会和文化的必要条件。我们一直在对墨西哥乡村社区的现实和空间感、时间感以及社会结构进行深入的研究。在本研究中，我们将在对时间感的形式和功能进行调查的同一地区，分析法律综合体的结构和功能，本研究将厘清天主教社区中宗教因素与法律因素之间的复杂关系。

In Mexico Catholicism constructs the basis and core of the whole culture, dominating and coloring the various cultural phases and aspects.And detail and exact clarifications of the structure and function of Catholic cultural complex are indispensable for a complete understanding of the societies and cultures. We have been conducting intensive research works on the reality and the sense of space,of time and of social structure in the village communities in Mexico.In this research study,we will proceed to analyze the structure and function of the law complex in the same district where our investigations have been done on the form and function of the sense of time,the sense of space and social structure.This research study will clarify us the complex relations between religious factors and factors of law in Catholic communities.
