Relation between Need for Integrated Involvement and Need for Psychological Intimacy from the View Point of "The Conflict-Integration Model on Interpersonal Processes".

领导的双因素理论、孤独感的双维度研究等二维概念性理论对人际过程、领导过程和群体过程的表征似乎有着丰富的研究证据。然而，大多数相关研究都假设这两个维度在本质上是不相关的。然而，本作者提出了“人际过程的冲突整合模型”（Nagata. Y.，一九七二年;一九八○年;一九八六年; 1988）提出的人际关系维度在某些人际关系阶段呈负相关，而在另一些人际关系阶段呈正相关，本研究对这一假设进行了检验，并对486名被试进行了问卷调查，结果表明，除家庭关系外，这一假设在各种人际关系上均成立。

Two dimentional conceptual suhemes ,e.g.two factors theory of leadership,two dimentional approach to loneliness,which can be used to characterize interpersonal processes,leadership processes,and groups processes seemed to have plenty of research evidences. However,most of these relevant researches hypothesize the two dimensions are to be essentially uncorrelated.The present author,however,propose "the conflict-intagration model on interpersonal processes"(Nagata.Y.,1972;1980;1986;1988) which predict that these two dimensions are negatively correlates in some interpersonal phases and positivel ycorrelates on other interpersonal phasese.The present stury was designed to examine this hypothesis and the results of the survey on 486 abults male and female subjets showed that our hypothesis was valid on various interpersonal relations,but except family relations.
