项目摘要

1989年9月に岡崎市南部において消費者の買物行動調査を行った。調査世帯は300世帯で、267世帯から有効な調査票を回収した(回収率89%)。調査票では、世帯の諸属性の他に、ス-パ-マ-ケットの利用状況、主要な日用品の購入商店名も回答してもらった。本研究では、特に、ス-パ-マ-ケットの利用状況を下記のように分析した。分析は、大きく3段階で構成される:(1)調査票の集計と検索、(2)ス-パ-マ-ケットの商圏の3次元表現、(3)ス-パ-マ-ケットの立地分析。第1段階のデ-タの集計と検索では、市販の集計・検索ソフト、ロ-タス1-2-3を利用して、買物行動デ-タをパソコンに入力した。このデ-タベ-スを用いて、調査地区(10×10の500mメッシュの地区)内の主要な6ス-パ-の利用状況を検索し、各世帯の利用率を算出した。この利用率は、第2段階で、ス-パ-マ-ケット商圏の3次元表現に利用される。調査世帯は、不規則(標本)分布しているので、まず、不規則デ-タを規則(格子)デ-タに変換する必要がある。この格子化のプログラムとしては、井上(1985)による一般化インバ-ス理論に基づく平滑化が利用され、約50%と他の手法よりも高い説明力で格子へと変換を行うこたとができた。こうして作成された格子デ-タは、格子密度が粗いので、そのまま3次元表現に利用できない。そこで、De Boor(1962)による双3次スプライン補間法を応用して、500m格子から100m格子へとスプライン補完を行った。この補間法は、さらに、第3段階で、500m人口メッシュ・デ-タに対しても実行され、商圏の3次元表現とともに、商圏人口の推定にも応用された。以上の分析から、これら一連の方法は、従来の商圏分析モデルよりも、より精度の高い商圏分析を与えることが判明した。
