项目摘要
In the past three years of this research project, eight members of saga University visited at khon kaen University. From khon kaen University, seven members was invited to saga University in order to learn the new techniques.1) Physiological and biochemical analysis of morphogenesis in vitro ; control mechanisms of phytohormenes for in vitro organogenesis in a model plant "Torenis" and floral bud formation of Pharbitis.2) Transfer of techniques on plant tissue culture for crop improvement, somatic hybridization by electrical hybridizer and cell fusion.3) Training the techniques on DNA extraction, purification and analysis, isozyme analysis, proto-plast-fusion by somatic hybridizer, and phenolic compound analysis from roots of weeds.4) Transfer of production technique for monoclonal antibody against plant viruses.5) Wild taros in Thailand were collected form Saraburi (aform), Udon Thani (2 forms), Nong Khai (4 forms) and Chiang Mai (5 forms). All chromosomes in the taros consisted of diploids (2n=28) except for a form from Nong khai (2n=42).6) Evaluation on field cultivation of some soybean varieties including transferred ones from Saga University and new soybeab variety, cross between Williams and SJ-2.7) Application of tissue culture techniques for mass propagation of bamboo, papaya and useful traditional plants in Thailand for crude drugs.7) Field survey on occurrences of virus diseases on papaya, garlic and some vegetables.
