项目摘要

The purpose of this study is to use the metabolic intermediate in leaf and stem for early diagnosis of soil borne disease. Glycoalkaloids contents in potato were investigated for the indicator of potato scab infection.1. Analyzed Glycoalkaloid's components were alpha-Solanine and alpha-Chaconine. The contents of Glycoalkaloids in the potato scab infected stems and none infected stem were investigated. The contents of Glycoalkaloids in leaves of each position on stem were that the three leaves from top were much more Glycoalkaloids contended than lower leaves, these contents shows much Glycoalkaloids accumulate in upper leaves.2. The content of Glycoalkaloids in leaves of some potato varieties were investigated. The variety of Chigiwa and Tachibana, They are more susceptible for potato scab were contented more less Glycoalkaloids than none susceptible variety, May Queen.3. The corelation of Glycoalkaloids contents between in leaf and tuber were no significant. But the correlation between Glycoalkaloids contents of leaf position on stem and potato tubers on root were positively corelated on alpha-solanine content.4. The change of Glycoalkaloids contents in tubers for the application of calcium fertilizer were that the increase of Glycoalkaloids content by calcium application was found at the variety of Nishiyutaka and May Queen. This increases were result of increasing of alpha-chaconine content.5. In this study, We could not decide the indicative contents of Glycoalkaloids, but the possibility of utilization for infection diagnosis on potato scab were confirmed.
本研究的目的是利用叶和茎中的代谢中间产物对土传病害进行早期诊断。以马铃薯中的糖类生物碱含量作为马铃薯赤霉病侵染的指标。所分析的糖类生物碱成分为α-龙葵碱和α-查可宁。测定了马铃薯赤霉病侵染茎和未侵染马铃薯茎中糖生物碱的含量。茎上各部位叶片中糖生物碱的含量表现为倒数3片叶中糖生物碱含量明显高于下部叶,说明上部叶中积累了大量糖类生物碱。对部分马铃薯品种叶片中糖类生物碱的含量进行了测定。对马铃薯赤霉病较敏感的赤霉病品种赤霉病和大花椒的糖类生物碱含量较不感病品种低。叶片中糖生物碱含量与块茎中糖生物碱含量的相关性不显著。而茎上叶和根上的马铃薯块茎中糖生物碱含量与α-龙葵碱含量呈正相关。增施钙肥对块茎中糖类生物碱含量的影响表现为西域高和梅后两个品种的糖类生物碱含量随施钙的增加而增加。这是由于α-查可宁含量增加所致。在本研究中,我们不能确定糖类生物碱的指示性含量,但证实了利用其进行马铃薯赤霉病侵染诊断的可能性。
