本研究は、社会的スキルの個人差が、対人的相互作用の調整にどのような役割を果たしているか検討する目的で行なわれた。まず、社会的に「適切な」行動をとることについての関心の個人差を表わす指標として、表出行動の基準を他者や状況に置くか自分に置くかに着目し(自己調整基準:外的ー内的)、これと自己の表出行動に関する自信の程度(自己安定感:HighーLow)を組み合わせ4類型を作成した。この分類は操作的には自己モニタリング尺度および同尺度に示される表出行動に関する満足感により測定された。一方で対人的相互作用の個人差に関わるスキルの側面として、符号化スキルと解読スキルを測定する尺度を作成した。因子分析および信頼性の検討により、それぞれの尺度は妥当な内的整合性を有することが明らかになった。これらの尺度間の関連を検討した結果、外的基準で行動し安定感の高い者ほど符号化や解読のスキルが高いことが明らかになった。また、スキル尺度の妥当性を検討するため、電話場面を写したVTRにより、話者の感情や意図を推測させたところ、解読スキルの高い者ほど正確な推測を行う傾向があった。さらに、実際の相互作用場面でのスキルの効用を検討するために、相互の印象評定をA/D変換によりリアルタイムでとりこめる継時的印象変化分析装置を作成し、前述の4類型に基づいて選択した96名の破験者を2人ペアにして相互作用実験をおこなった。実験は1)写真による印象形成、2)衝立をはさんだ自己紹介、3)通常の会話、4)良い印象を与えるように教示された会話という4段階で行われた。外的基準をもち安定感の高い者は、スキル行動が活発で、よい印象を与える傾向がみられた。一方内的基準をもち、安定感の低いものは、印象が変わりやすい傾向があった。全般に相互作用の進展とともに印象の好転がみられた。今回得た知見に基づきひきつづき対人的様互作用のモデル作成を検討中である。

The purpose of this study is to investigate the adjustment of individual differences and interpersonal interactions in society. 4 types of self-confidence (self-adjustment criteria: external to internal), self-confidence (self-stability:High to Low), and self-confidence (self-adjustment criteria: external to internal). This classification is based on the measurement of the behavior of the user at different scales. A scale for determining the individual differences in the interaction between individuals is established. Factor analysis and information analysis are conducted on a regular basis, and the scale of the analysis is integrated into the analysis.
