The British popular movement in the late eighteenth Century passed through three steps. The 1st step was 'Wilkes and Liberty' movement in 1760's. The 2nd was Yorkshire association movement(1779-1785). The 3rd was movement in the age of French Revolution.'Wilkes and Liberty' movement was the 1st movement which British radical?? bad popular-ground. From the point of view of making of Popular political consciousness, that movement was at a half-way house, but spontaneous and riotous. And it was limited to metropolitan area.Yorkshire association movement was different from 'Wilkes and Liberty' movement in the following points. That is, I was systematical movement by a radical thinker of Christopher Wyvill and spreaded from a country to metropolitan area and others.The impact of French Revolution on Britain brought forth French Revolution Controversy. Under this controversy, two popular movement generated. There were 'Society of the Friend of the People' and 'London Corresponding Society'. We can perceive, for first time, recognition of capital labor relation in three movement.

世纪后期英国的民众运动经历了三个阶段。第一步是18世纪60年代的“威尔克斯与自由”运动。第二次是约克郡结社运动（1779-1785）。三是法国大革命时期的运动。“威尔克斯和自由”运动是英国激进派的第一次运动。不好的群众基础。从大众政治意识的形成来看，这场运动是一场中途之家，但自发和骚乱。约克郡结社运动与“威尔克斯与自由”运动的不同之处在于：也就是说，我是由一个激进的思想家克里斯托弗·威维尔的系统运动，并从一个国家蔓延到大都市和其他地区。在这场争论下，两次民众运动产生了。有“人民之友协会”和“伦敦通讯协会”。在三个运动中，我们第一次看到了对资本劳动关系的认识。
