Study on comprehensive assessment of masticatory functional disturbances

本文从口腔卫生基础和临床的多个方面，对先天性颌骨畸形、颞下颌关节紊乱病和腭裂所致咀嚼功能障碍的客观评价方法进行了研究，并开发了一些新的牙颌功能评价软件，数字全景X线摄影和多媒体数据库系统提出了新的咀嚼功能分析方法、新的颞下颌关节功能障碍的手术方法和颌骨畸形的心理测试方法。作为咀嚼功能障碍评价方法的有效工具。

The present research on the objective evaluation methods for the masticatory disfunctions associated with congenital jaw deformities, TMJ disfunction and cleft palate has been carried out since 1991 from various aspects of the of the basic and clinical oral health science.Some new softwares for dental prescal, digital panoramic radio-graphy and multi-media data base system (OWL) are developed as for new analyzing methods of the masticatory disfunctions.New surgical approaches for TMJdisfunction cases and psychological test for jaw deformities are re-inttroduced as efficient tools for evaluation method for masticatory disfunction.
