项目摘要

In this study, educational development policies in Asian countries were analyzed. This study started from collection and analysis of basic information on this topic from various Asian countries. At the second and third years study countries were focused on Thailand, Philipines and Bangladesh, and at the same time primary and basic education was selected as a major research target. Outcomes were reported as following four papers. (1) Morikazu Ushiogi : 「Human Resource Development in Asia」, (2) Naseer U.Jamadar "Education and its Role on Development in Bngladesh", Takashi Hamano : "Educational stagnation after Oil shock---Focused on primary education in developing countries". Norio Kato : "Educational development and Assistance Cooperation in Thailand and Philipines---Shift from World Bank Aid to multi-national aid". The first paper, overview on educational development policy in Asia, will be read at the international symposium of May 1994 held at Mie University, the secoud one, focused on governmental and NGO's educational development policy in Bangladesh, was already reported at the annual meetings of Japan Society of Comparative Education, Japan Society of Sociology of Education, Japan Society of Asian Economic and Policy Studies. The third paper, focused on educational stagnation in developing countries after oil shock, was also already reported at the annual meeting of Japan Society of Sociology of Education, the fourth one, focused on educational development in Thailand and Philipines, was submitted as a Master thesis Graduate School of International Development, Nagoya Univesity.
本研究分析了亚洲各国的教育发展政策。本研究首先收集和分析了亚洲各国关于这一主题的基本资料。在第二年和第三年,研究国家的重点是泰国、菲律宾和孟加拉国,与此同时,小学和基础教育被选为主要研究对象。结果报告如下4篇论文。(1)牛荻守一:“亚洲的人力资源开发”,(2)Naseer U.Jamadar“教育及其在孟加拉国发展中的作用”,Takashi Hamano:“石油冲击后的教育停滞-侧重于发展中国家的初等教育”。Norio Kato:“泰国和菲律宾的教育发展和援助合作-从世界银行援助转向多国援助”。第一份文件是亚洲教育发展政策概览,将在1994年5月在三重大学举行的国际专题讨论会上宣读,第二份文件的重点是孟加拉国政府和非政府组织的教育发展政策,已在日本比较教育学会、日本教育社会学学会、日本亚洲经济和政策研究学会的年会上提出报告。第三篇论文的重点是石油危机后发展中国家的教育停滞,已在日本教育社会学学会年会上报告,第四篇论文的重点是泰国和菲律宾的教育发展,已作为硕士论文提交给名古屋大学国际发展研究生院。
