The general studies of the cities in Setouchi region

我们选取了11个城市作为调查对象，将其分为4种类型：区域首府城市(札幌、福冈、广岛、仙台)，传统地方中心城市：县首府城市(冈山、松山、香泽)，地方城市或地方小城市(宇部、本岛、高桥西)，以及建设城市：技术都会(Kamogawa-cho、Kayo-cho)，并在Setouchi城市的基础上进行了比较分析。本次调查的事实约束如下：1.在区域首府市民中，札幌、福冈、仙台等城市对自己的城市有城市化和现代化的印象。但广岛市民不这么认为。2.计算每个地区首府城市的最佳和次要形象：札幌：旅游城市(71.9%)商业、金融和服务城市(45.3%)福冈：商业、金融和服务城市(67.4%)分支城市(56.1%)仙台：商业、金融和服务城市(47.2%)地方城市(41.7%)广岛：和平城市(62.5%)，地方城市(51.0%)广岛的评价低于其他区域首府城市和其他地方中心城市。4.调查的其他项目也表明每个城市都有自己的个性特征。

We selected 11 cities as objects of this survey and classified them into 4 types : Regional Capital Cities (Sapporo, Fukuoka, Hirosima, Sendai), Traditional Local Center Cities : Prefectural Capital Cities (Okayama, Matuyama, Knazawa), Local Cities or Small Local Cities (Ube, Innoshima, Takahasi), and Constructing Cities : Technopolis (Kamogawa-cho, Kayo-cho).we have analayzed them comparatively on the basis of Setouchi cities. Our fact bindings from this survey are given below.1.In the Regional Capital Citizens, cities of Sapporo, Fukuoka, Sendai, have urbanized and modernized impression of their own city. But citizen of Hirosima don't think so.2.Enumerating best and second image of each Regional Capital City, Sapporo : a tourist city(71.9%) a comercial, financial and service city(45.3%) Fukuoka : a comercial, financial and service city(67.4%) a branch city(56.1%) Sendai : a comercial, financial and service city(47.2%) a local city(41.7%) Hiroshima : a peace city(62.5%), a local city(51.o%)3.Totally, evaluations of Hiroshima are inferior to the other Regional Capital Cities'and the other Local Center Cities'.4.Also other items of the survey shows that each city has own individuality on their character.
