1.戦略的アプローチのフレームワークに基づき、構造化を行い、グループ意思決定としての物流量モデル作成を行うべく、対話型変数選択システムの構築を行った。2.上記システムで実証分析を行うべくデータベースの構築を行うため、現状の物流に関する既存データから分析目的に従い、解析に耐え得るデータを得るため、異常データの削除、データの統合を行い、北海道地域を対象としたロジスティックスデータベースを作成した。3.上記データベースに基づき、データ解析、流通の専門家等の複数の主体が対話的に適用できるよう携帯パソコン上で、グラフィック表示等を用いながら分析を進めるプログラムの開発を行った。4.2.3.で作成したシステムにより将来の北海道における物流量の予測を行い、上記システムの有効性の検証行った。5.物流量の機関分担モデルの構築を行うべく、北海道内の物流関係者に対し、物流、流通に関わる現状の方法、問題点、将来へ向けての課題についてのヒヤリング調査を行った。戦略的機関分担モデルの構築を行うため、特にテクノスーパーライナーを中心としたシステムの開発を行い、AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)を枠組みとしたモデルの開発を行った。7.上記モデルを用い、北海道内におけるテクノスーパーライナー、フェリー、鉄道、航空の貨物分担率の予測を行い、本システムの有効性の検証を行った。
