英文摘要
This research was conducted for the technical development of seed rearing of healthy fish : broodstock fish rearing, improvement of egg quality, digestion and absorption of fish larvae, larval nutrition, microparticulated diet, nutritional value and enrichment of live food, etc. The knowledge for seed mass production of fish larvae was obtained.1.The effect of beta-carotene and vitamin A enriched Artemia nauplii on the prevention of malformation and color abnormality of larval Japanese flounder was tested. Results suggest that VA seems to be effective in preventing the abnormal coloration caused by Artemia, but the excess amount of this vitamin can exert ill effects on normal growth of flounder.2.We suggest that the rhodopsin formation of eye retina was hindered when VA,DHA and phospholipid were deficient in foods, resulting in the interruption of black pigment formation.3.The effect of supplementation of individual vitamins A,E,and C on the ovarian development of P.iaponicus. This study showed the essentiality of supplemental vitamins A,E,and C in the diets of broodstock prawns for enhanced ovarian development4.A stable form of vitamin C, L-ascorby1-2-phosphate-Mg(APM), was tested for efficacy as a Vitamin C source in the juvenile striped jack. The results of the feeding experiment indicated that a supplement of 3mg APM/100g diet was sufficient to prevent the deficiency symptoms of the striped jack.5.When dietary EPA and DHA were fed on red sea bream, only DHA was accumulated in polar fraction of brain retina.
