项目摘要

今年度は名古屋大学で進行中の再開発計画に関連させながら、以下の点についての調査・分析を行い、ファシリティマネジメントの観点からの考察を行った。1.共通施設の環境評価考察現在5,000m2の増築が行われている中央図書館と多くの学生に一斉授業を行う大講義室における環境評価を、FMツールであるPOE(使用開始後評価)法により学生を対象に実施し、これら空間の物的環境に対する認識を把握した。将来の評価予測の観点から考察を進めている。2.図書館における探索行動と空間の分かりやすさ考察図書探索の問題について空間の分かりやすさの観点からPOEを行い分析を進めている。さらに増築後の利用者の探索行動の予測し、サイン計画におけるポイントの指摘や分かりやすい空間形成のための指針を得るために、動線予測シミュレーションシステムを現在開発中である。3.外部空間の有効性考察名古屋大学を代表する外部空間でありグリーンベルトを中心に、その環境評価をこれまで行ってきた地域住民と学生との比較考察を行った。現在行われている再整備計画時にはこの結果を参考に検討案を作成した。また4年一貫教育体制への移行や地下鉄駅の設置に伴うグリーンベルト周りの人の動きの変化が予想されるため、その予測と整備の指針を得るために動線調査を行い、考察を進めている。4.新病棟計画案に対する看護婦による環境評価CAD(Computer Aided Design)に入力した名古屋大学医学部附属病院の新病棟計画案を3次元表現したコンピュータグラフィクスを作成し、ナ-スステーションとそのオープンカウンターの有効性について看護婦に評価してもらった。計画案のシミュレーション方法としてあるレベルでの有効性が把握できた。同様な手法は名古屋大学東山キャンパス再開発計画に関する関係者への説明にも用いており、コミュニケーションツールとして有効性を発揮している。
