Development of Multimedia Resource Data Base for Education

多媒体教材的开发需要多种多样的教育信息，如视觉、声音、文字、图形等，因此需要构建多媒体教育资源库。因此，能够收集、管理和利用资源数据的多媒体数据库应运而生。为建立多媒体数据库进行了基础研究。1)开发二级信息处理系统，对多媒体资料进行管理。二级信息是用来管理视觉和声音信息的。2)制定数据库和管理系统的录入和记录方法。建立了地方、科学、历史教材的记录管理体系。3)建设多媒体资源库。构建了图书馆多媒体资料开发、展示和利用数据库系统，对多媒体资源数据信息及其二次信息进行管理。4)建设学校、教育局、教师中心、大学等多媒体资源库。多媒体资源数据库是由22个小组利用科学教育、社会研究和其他科目的多媒体数据库开发材料。5)评估和改进多媒体数据库。将22个小组开发的多媒体资源库应用于教学、教材开发等方面，并对其进行评价和改进。6)利用互联网和光盘开发多媒体数据库。利用互联网和唯读光碟管理和应用教育方面的多媒体资料，并传播资源资料库，以便在学校发展。7)制作多媒体资源库教材。多媒体图画书是为学校和教师中心的调查人员和教师制作的。

To develop multimedia teaching materials, various, visual, sound, letter and figure informations are needed for education, so it is demanded to construct multimedia resource database for education. Therefore, the multimedia database to be able to collect, manage and use resource data has been developed. The basic studies were made to develop a multimedia databese.1) To develop the secondary information processing system to manage multimedia materials.The secondary information was constructed to manage visual and sound informations.2) To develop the method of input and record into database and the management system.The system to record and manage the local, scientific and historical teaching materials has been constructed.3) To construct the multimedia resource database.The system of multimedia database for material development, display aids and utilization in a library has been constructed to manage multimedia resource data informations and their secondary informations.4) To construct the multimedia resource database in school, boards of education, teacher centers, university and so on.The multmedia resource database was developed by 22 groups developing materials, using multimedia database on science education, social studies and other subjects.5) To evaluate and improve the multimedia database.The multimedia resource database developed by 22 groups was used in instruction, material development and so on, then iti was evaluated and improved.6) To develop multimedia database by using internet and CD-ROM.Using internet and CD-ROM to manage and apply multimedia materiars on education, the resource database was disseminated to develop them in school.7) To make text books for multimedia resource database.Multimedia pictures books were made to be used by investigators and teachers in school and teacher centers.
