地域学習資料のデジタル・アーカイブ化に関する基礎研究

今天的教育需要地方性资料的数字档案作为教材之一，但这类数字档案并没有得到充分的发展。我们认为，他们的发展是教育的迫切需要。并以教育为目的，对数据库、二次信息、主题词表等数字档案馆的发展进行了基础性研究。地方性教材二次信息库的研究：对地方性教材的组成进行了研究；(1)地域、年代、内容信息；(2)著作权法信息；(3)信息用途；(4)数据的二次信息。地方性资料主题词表及二次信息组织研究到目前为止，地方性资料的通用并不容易，因为它们是在每个地区单独收集的，而且关键词也不同。我们开发了一个关于地点、年代和内容的同义词库，以便通用。在此基础上，对数字档案馆的二次信息进行了组织。因此，我们能够普遍地使用它们。地方性教材数字化情况调查地方性教材中有史料、民间故事、生活、文化、自然、产业等文章。还有一些属于博物馆和学校的材料。对适合这些文章的数字化进行了研究，并建立了数据处理方法的模型。教育数字档案馆的组成部分及其发展模式我们调查了适合教育的数字档案馆的组成部分。我们还开发了区域材料的数字档案模式，如文化、自然、艺术、民间娱乐和产业。发展一定模式的区域教材数据库和数字档案馆，促进了区域教材的发展和互操作。

Education today needs digital archives of regional materials as one of teaching materials, But digital archives of such category are not fully developed. We think the development of them is urgently necessary for the education. And we, made a fundamental research of the development of digital archives for database, secondary information and thesaurus, for the purpose of education.1. Research on the database of secondary information of teaching materials of regional materials.I made a study on components of regional materials ; (1) information of regions, ages and contents, (2) information of copy right laws, (3) usage of information, (4) secondary information of data.2. Research on the thesaurus of regional materials and the organization of the secondary informationSo far using regional materials commonly was not easy because they were collected separately in each region and key words are different from each other. We developed a thesaurus of places, ages and contents in order to use them commonly. Basing on this study, we organized the secondary information of digital archives. Therefore we are able to use them commonly.3. Investigation on the digitalization of regional materials as one of teaching materialsIn the category of regional materials there are several articles for example historical materials, folktales, life, culture, nature and industry. And there are materials that belong to museums and schools. We investigated on the digitalization suitable for these articles and built models for the method of data processing.4. Components and developing certain patterns of digital archives for educationWe investigated components of digital archives suitable for education. And we developed patterns of digital archives of regional materials, for example culture, nature, art, folk entertainments and industry. Developing certain patterns of database and digital archives of regional materials promotes to develop educational materials of regions and interoperate them.
