研究計画に基づき、6OHDA脳室内投与ラットを作成しsham ope群と比較を行った。当初の計画ではドーパミンレセプターのみをブロックする群のみを予定していたが、人間におけるパーキンソン氏病の実際の病態を考えると、病期の進行と共に,ノルアドレナリンレセプターにも障害が及ぶことから、ドーパミンレセプター、ノルアドレナリンレセプターの両方をblockした群も作成し、各々比較検討した。いずれの群もsham群れでは見られないunstable waveやhyperrreflexiaの所見が出現することが判明した。次に、各種薬剤投与における検討であるが、まずL-dopsで実験中である。コントロール群との比較で、投与濃度や投与方法を検討中である。

The research project is based on 6OHDA indoor projection and 6OHDA indoor projection. The initial plan was to determine the center of the group, to examine the actual pathology of the disease, to evaluate the progress of the disease, to create a group of groups and to compare them. In the middle of the group, the group is not stable, the wave is unstable, and the group is unstable. All kinds of drugs are used in the treatment of diseases.
