上皮性卵巣癌における補助療法としてのGonadotropin releasing hormene agonist(GnRHa)による内分泌療法の有効性を検討し、また積極的な臨床導入とそのptofocolの確立を目的として以下の研究を行った。その結果、1.GnRHa療法の有効症例の基礎的検討については1)GuRH,FSH受容体の検討:当科にて新たに診断され手術療法を行った11例の症例において、RT-PCR法にて各受容体を検討した。その結果FSH、GuRH受容体は、原発巣においては54.2%,転移巣において68.7%検出された。2)有効な感受性テスト:in vivoの感受性テストに関しては、有効な方法を見つけ臨床導入に至る段階までは至っていない。2.GuRHa療法の臨床的検討については、GuRHaが卵巣癌においては保健適応外のため患者の同意が得られた10症例につき現在尚検討している。10症例は漿液性腺癌7例、粘液性腺癌2例、頻内腺癌1例で、IIIc期が8例、IV期が2例である。使用期間は6ケ月〜4年である。化学療法との併用が全例認められている。1年間の短期間でその有用性について有意な結果は得られていないが、全例において副作用は認めておらず、no change:8例 pvcgressivl disease:2例であり、有用な傾向を認めている。
