STUDIES ON INTRACTABLE ORAL MUCOSAL LESIONS

1. 用CDDP、5FU、PEP、BLM等化疗试剂预孵育口腔粘膜癌源性靶细胞，增强抗cd3诱导的LAX ceUs的细胞毒活性。细胞毒活性随试剂的不同而不同，HLAⅰ、ⅱ类的表达也有一定的差异。研究了半抗原诱发性接触性皮炎小鼠模型的免疫应答机制。皮肤致敏后，朗格氏细胞CD86表达明显升高，cd80、CD86阳性细胞表达均有所升高。抗ctla -4抗体可抑制皮肤反应。口腔粘膜内病变预后的研究应用Cox比例模型评价口腔鳞状细胞癌预后的影响因素More zards模型显示，组织病理浸润方式、T分型、治疗方式是影响口腔鳞状细胞癌预后的重要因素。其他口腔粘膜病变，如口腔白斑等口腔癌前病变，口腔癌前病变相关病变，如口腔扁平苔藓等也进行了研究。顽固性口腔黏膜病变临床特点的探讨以siogerfssynsynome和口干症的临床特点为主。西格伦综合征的诊断标准对两种疾病的鉴别诊断具有重要意义。首席研究员参加日本干燥综合征协会日本诊断标准修订工作委员会。采用各种修订标准对823例Siogren综合征诱导正常对照进行诊断敏感性和特异性分析。通过日本干燥综合征协会的讨论，最终修订的siogrei综合征诊断标准已经完成。少

Total number of 823 cases of Siogren's synciome inducing normal control was assayed for sensitivity and specificity in diagnosis using various revised criteria.
