The aim of this project is to investigate educational skills of management of fresh-course seminar in psychology. During the study periods, I conducted fresh-course seminar in psychology four times at the Department of Arts and Sciences in the University of Tokyo. In each seminar, I tried several teaching methods and tested their efficiency such as, training of basic learning skills to science course students, voluntary research projects, learning with and/or without TA or senior students, field study, reading introductory text and so on. I found that teachers should be directive in thier seminar in the compulsory course, on the other hand, they should be assistive to develop students' voluntary in the optional course. Teachers' role in the first seminar is especially important for students to acquire both knowledge and motivation in studying psychology.

该项目的目的是调查心理学淡道研讨会管理的教育技能。在研究期间，我在东京大学的艺术与科学系四次在心理学领域进行了淡菜研讨会。在每个研讨会中，我尝试了几种教学方法，并测试了他们的效率，例如，对科学课程的基本学习技能培训，自愿研究项目，与TA或高级学生一起学习和/或没有TA的学习，实地学习，阅读介绍性文本等。我发现，在强制性课程中，老师应该在您的研讨会上成为指令，另一方面，他们应该有助于在可选课程中发展学生的自愿。教师在第一届研讨会中的作用对于学生学习心理学方面的知识和动力尤为重要。
