Study of the Edict on Mowning

丧令是德川幕府最重要的法令之一。但是关于它的研究并不多。本文旨在对德川幕府的北基良进行综合研究。这项研究澄清了许多关于北基亮的问题。例如，它与古代中国、古代日本和中世纪日本的比较特点，它的内容和结构，它所反映的关系，它在幕府和疆域制度中的意义，幕府的武基列制度与宗族制度的关系，天皇的御污制度与幕府制度的关系，等等。我对北基亮的研究关注了大约30年。在助学金的帮助下，我可以写一本书《Kinsei Bukki-ryo no kenkyu》来完成我的学业。

Bukki-ryo(the Edict on Mourning) was one of the most important laws of Tokugawa shogunate. But there are not many studies about it. I aim to study on Bukki-ryo of Tokugawa shogunate synthetically.This study clears many matters about Bukki-ryo. for example, the feature of it in comparison to ancient china, ancient Japan and medieval japan, the contents and structure of it, the relationship which was reflected on it, the significance of it in shogunate and domain system, the relation between Bukki-ryo of shogunate and that of clans, the relation between the system of Kegare(pollution) of Emperor and that of shogunate, and so on.I was concerned in the study of Bukki-ryo for about thirty years. I could write the book "Kinsei Bukki-ryo no kenkyu" to complete my study, owing to Grant-in-Aid.
