项目摘要

In resent years, adhesive luting cement which adhere to the tooth and metal substances were developed and are widely used in dental clinic.The purpose of this study was to examine the marginal microleakage of metal inlay which were cemented by Zinc Phosphate Cement, Glass lonomer Cement, Glass Ionomer Resin Cement and Adhesive Resin Cement, using Mercox・Rhodamin Microleakage test methood.Test 1 : Metal inly were cemented in the simple occlusal class I cavity in molar by various luting cements. After 2000times thermal cycling (4-60゚C), microleakage were tested by Mercox・Rhodamin. The results were as follows :1. In the floor of the cavity (pulpal wall) on cemented metal inlay, microleakage was found.2. In all specimen cemented by Zinc Phosphate Cement, microleakage reaching the floor of cavity was observed.3. The out line form is one of the major factors to influence microleakage.Test 2 : In clinic, it sometimes happens that metal inlay is cemented in the cavity from which the softdentin was removed after taking the impression. Test 2 simulated these cases. MO class II cavity with and without Base and defects which should be base in the floor and axial wall of cavity, are cemented by three kinds of cements : two kinds of Glass Ionomer Resin Cement (Lute and Vitremer) and Adhesive Resin Cement (Super Bond C&B). After 2000 times thermocycle (4゚C * 60゚C), microlealage were tested by Mercox・Rhodamin Method. The results were as follows :1. In the pulpal wall, the base and the defect which should have been the base did not influence microleakage reaching the side wall (distal, buccal and lingual wall) and the pulpal wall. But when the defect extended to the side wall, microleakage increased.2. The base and the defect in the axial wall, increased microleakage.3. In most cases, microleakage were found in the cervical wall.
