对日本的结论与建议（1）从与学校管理相关的在职教育与学校管理者职位筛选的关系来看，在考虑任职前的在职教育等时，应根据在职教育的上课机会的实现情况，对筛选制度进行模糊考察。大学和教育委员会之间的伙伴关系，从指导机构和管理方面是必不可少的。(2)现在在研究生院一级实施的准备行政类的方案的全面化以及指导方法的多样化。我们应该增加高等教育机构招生制度的灵活性，以促进教师职业的终身发展。美国的一个实际情况是，在高等教育机构中为那些具有丰富职业经验和高水平学术能力的在职教师提供某些学习职位。

Conclusion and Suggestion for Japan(1) From the point of view of the relationship between in-service education related to school administration and the screening of school administrator's positions, when considering in-service education before appointment for instance the screening system should be examined fuzzily according to the fulfillment of class opportunities in the former's previous in-service education. Partnerships between the university and the board of education from the instructive organ and management side are indispensable.(2) The full-up of programs for preparing the administrative class that are now carried out in the graduate school level as well as the diversification of guidance method. We should increase flexibility in the admissions system into higher education institutions for the life-career of the teaching profession. It is an actual situation in the U.S.A. that incumbent teachers who have an experienced career and high level study ability for an academic career are provided with certain study posts in the higher education institution.
