项目摘要

The results of the research project are summarized in the followings.(1) Bionic manufacturing systemBasic architecture of bionic manufacturing systems was discussed from the viewpoint of the new control and management architecture of the manufacturing systems. A new autonomous distributed control architecture was proposed based on both the DNC type information and the knowledge base type information.(2) Decentralized and centralized manufacturing systemA hybrid control and management architecture of the manufacturing systems was proposed by applying the active data base. The hybrid architecture was applied to the scheduling problems.(3) Holonic manufacturing systemA new control and management architecture named holonic manufacturing system is proposed, which carries out the manufacturing processes through the coordination among the components named holons. A scheduling method was proposed and applied to the distributed scheduling of the manufacturing systems.(4) Modeling of manufacturing resourcesA systematic method was proposed to represent the manufacturing resources of the manufacturing devices based on the kinematic characteristics.(5) Intelligent machine toolsA basic architecture of the intelligent machine tools was proposed from the viewpoint of the autonomous distributed manufacturing of the machine products.(6) Human interface for intelligent machine toolsA basic architecture of the human interfaces of the intelligent machine tools was proposed aiming at realizing a cooperative communication between the human operators and the intelligent machine tools.(7) Intelligent fixturing systemA basic architecture of the intelligent fixturing system was proposed aiming at realizing an autonomous fixturing of the workpieces on the machine tools.
研究项目的结果总结如下。(1)仿生制造系统从制造系统新的控制与管理体系结构的角度,讨论了仿生制造系统的基本体系结构。提出了一种新的基于DNC类型信息和知识库类型信息的自主分布式控制体系结构。(2)分散式与集中式制造系统应用主动数据库提出了制造系统的混合控制与管理体系结构。将混合结构应用于调度问题。(3)合弄制造系统提出了一种新的控制和管理体系结构--合弄制造系统,它通过合弄之间的协调来实现制造过程。提出了一种调度方法,并将其应用于制造系统的分布式调度。(4)制造资源建模提出了一种基于运动学特征的制造设备制造资源的系统表示方法。(5)智能机床从机械产品的自主分布式制造的角度出发,提出了智能机床的基本体系结构。(6)智能机床人机界面以实现操作人员与智能机床之间的协同通信为目标,提出了智能机床人机界面的基本体系结构。(7)以实现工件在机床上的自主装夹为目标,提出了智能装夹系统的基本结构。
