An Economic Evaluation of the Street Infrastructure Improvement for Elderly People by means of Contingent Valuation Method :

本研究的目的是检验条件评估方法在中央商务区老年街道基础设施改善案例中的信息和嵌入偏差。在一项典型的或有价值调查中，嵌入效应描述了受访者提供与调查中指定的商品不同的WTP（支付意愿）估计的情况，可视化的东西比所描述的商品更具包容性。本文采用实验条件评估法调查，结合使用老年模拟器，体验70岁老人的身体残疾，探讨模拟器体验对老年人的影响，识别老年模拟器的作用，以找到合理的WTP估计。

The purpose of this study is to examine the information and embedding bias of contingent valuation method in the case of street infrastructure improvement in the central business district for elderly. In a typical Contingent Valuation Survey, embedding effect characterizing the situation in which respondents provide WTP (willingness to pay) estimates for a commodity different from that specified in the survey, visualizes something more or less inclusive than the commodity described. In this paper, we adopt an experimental contingent valuation method survey combined with the use of senior simulator, which enables us to experience the physical disability of the 70 yearold, to discuss the effects of simulator experience on elderly and identity the role of senior simulator in order to find the reasonable WTP estimates.
