The purpose of this study is to examine the information and embedding bias of contingent valuation method in the case of street infrastructure improvement in the central business district for elderly. In a typical Contingent Valuation Survey, embedding effect characterizing the situation in which respondents provide WTP (willingness to pay) estimates for a commodity different from that specified in the survey, visualizes something more or less inclusive than the commodity described. In this paper, we adopt an experimental contingent valuation method survey combined with the use of senior simulator, which enables us to experience the physical disability of the 70 yearold, to discuss the effects of simulator experience on elderly and identity the role of senior simulator in order to find the reasonable WTP estimates.

本研究的目的是检验条件价值评估方法在老年中心商务区街道基础设施改善案例中的信息量和嵌入偏差。在典型的条件估值调查中，嵌入效应表征了受访者为一种与调查中指定的商品不同的商品提供WTP(支付意愿)估计的情况，可视化了比所述商品更具包容性或更具包容性的东西。本文采用实验性条件价值评估方法，结合老年模拟器的使用，对70岁老人的肢体残疾进行体验，探讨模拟器体验对老年人的影响，确定老年模拟器的作用，以期找到合理的WTP估计。
