An Experimental Study of the Hybrid Bone with Vascularized Periosteum

1.制作带血管蒂人工骨模型，将骨膜与羟基磷灰石陶瓷复合。采用Northen印迹法评价带血管骨膜的成骨能力.我们用微血管造影评价羟基磷灰石陶瓷术后的新生血管。血管增生与成骨能力无关.我们用骨髓细胞构建了一种新的血管化人工骨模型。我们从组织学和生物化学上评价了成骨能力。我们发现该模型具有术后成骨快的优点。

1. We made a model of the vascularized artificial bone, combined the periosteumn with the hydroxyapatite ceramics. We evaluated that the vascularized perioteum had an osteogenic capacity using Northen blotting.2. We evaluated the postoperative neovascularization of the hydroxyapatite ceramics using microangiogram. It was no relationship between the vascular proliferation and the osteogenic capacity.3. We made a new model of the vascularized artificial bone with bone marrow cells. We evaluated the osteogenic capacity histologically and biochemically. We found this model had an advantage of the rapid osteogenesis postoperatively.
