Community Creation and Structurization of Lifelong Learning under the Decentralization in Administration

本研究通过理论研究、实地考察、行动研究等12个方面进行了推进。他们来自当地的中心城市、人口稀少的农村、小城镇、床头镇和工业城市。我们提出了“学会创造社区”的理念和“社区创造教育”的概念，并在12个研究领域进行了实证检验。研究结果已发表在东京北州的《学会创建社区》系列期刊上。

The research has been promoted through theoretical approaches and field works, action researches in 12 areas. They were chosen from a local central city, depopulated rural areas, small towns, bed-towns and industrial cities.We have proposed the idea of 'learning to create community' and the concept of 'community creating education' with 6 activity-areas, and have proved them positively in 12 research fields. The results have being published in Series of "Learning to Create Community", Hokujushuppan, Tokyo.
