The research has been promoted through theoretical approaches and field works, action researches in 12 areas. They were chosen from a local central city, depopulated rural areas, small towns, bed-towns and industrial cities.We have proposed the idea of 'learning to create community' and the concept of 'community creating education' with 6 activity-areas, and have proved them positively in 12 research fields. The results have being published in Series of "Learning to Create Community", Hokujushuppan, Tokyo.

本研究通过理论研究、实地调查、行动研究等方法，在12个领域进行了研究。从当地中心城市、人口稀少的农村地区、小城镇、乡镇和工业城市中选取研究对象，提出了“学习创造社区”和“社区创造教育”的6个活动领域的概念，并在12个研究领域得到了实证。研究结果已发表在东京北寿盘“学会创建社区”系列中。
