Preparation of fine polymer particles coated with electric conductive powder by recycle of expanded polystyrene

通过对膨胀聚苯乙烯的材料回收，制备了包覆导电粉末的高分子微粒。制备了两种类型的复合聚合物颗粒；一种是固体粉末分散在内部，另一种是表面涂有固体粉末。采用二氯甲烷和柠檬烯作为溶解膨胀聚苯乙烯的溶剂。在实验中，逐步改变磁铁矿和氧化钛粉的添加量和添加时间。结果表明，在连续水相中加入固体粉末，可以得到包覆固体粉末的聚合物颗粒。并确定了利用膨胀聚苯乙烯材料回收制备功能颗粒的最佳工艺。

Fine polymer particles coated with electrically conductive powder were prepared by material recycle of expanded polystyrene. Two types of composite polymer particles were prepared ; one which solid powders are dispersed in the interior, other which the surface is coated with solid powders.As the solvents dissolving expanded polystyrene, di-chloro methane and limonene were adopted. In the experiment, the added amounts of magnetite and titanic oxide powders and the addition time were changed stepwise.It was found that polymer particles coated with solid powders were prepared when powders were added into the continuous water phase.Moreover, the optimum operation to prepare the functional particles by material recycle of expanded polystyrene was established.
