项目摘要

1. Morphometric study of retina of quail chick : ten retinal sublayers were seen at ten days of incubation. At 12 th days in incubation, thickness of each layer was developed well and thickness of retina was increased dramatically. Oil droplet was seen in granular layer at incubation 13 th days. In that time oil droplet has not color and the size of it was 1.5 micron meter. After incubation 15 th, oil droplet had color ; red, yellow, blue, green and clear. The size of oil droplet was three micron meter at embryo was hatched. Proportion of each kind of oil droplet was 1(yellow): 1(red): 1(green): 2(clear) in every stage of embryo.2. Histochemical study of embryonic retina : At 10 th days of embryonic retina, aminergic neurons were not seen. Aminergic neuron was seen at 13 th days of incubation. In that time, neurons were stained weekly just like getting stain. From 14 th to 15 th days of incubation, embryonic retina had evidently seen as amin contained neurons and their processus were seen. The size of aminergic neurons also getting large. In flat mount of retinal specimen showed that the dendrites of aminergic neurons run radially.3. Behavior study after exposed color lights. Color light ; green, red and yellow, was given to the 13 th days incubated embryo after well was made on the egg shell. After they hatched, color preference test was examined. Control group was prefer green. Group which exposed to yellow and green lights prefers yellow. Result showed that there is chick tend to like color which was exposed in embryonic stage.
1.雏鹌鹑视网膜的形态计量学研究:孵育10天,可见10个视网膜亚层。第12天,视网膜各层厚度发育良好,视网膜厚度明显增加。第13天颗粒层出现油滴.此时油滴无色,大小为1.5微米。培养15天后,油滴有红、黄、蓝、绿色和澄清的颜色.胚胎孵化时油滴大小约为3微米。在胚胎的各个时期,每种油滴的比例为1(黄色):1(红色):1(绿色):2(透明).胚胎视网膜的组织化学研究:胚胎视网膜第10天,未见胺能神经元.孵育13天,可见胺能神经元.在此期间,神经元每周染色,就像染色一样。14 ~ 15天胚胎视网膜可见明显的含胺神经元,可见突起。胺能神经元的体积也变大了。视网膜标本平片显示,胺能神经元的树突呈放射状排列.暴露于彩光后的行为研究。在蛋壳上打孔后,对孵化13天的胚胎分别给予绿色、红色和黄色的色光。孵化后进行颜色偏好试验。对照组首选绿色。暴露于黄色和绿色光的组更喜欢黄色。结果表明,雏鸡对暴露于胚胎期的颜色有一定的偏好。
