Experimental Study of the Promoting Agents for Osteo- and Chondro- induction by Bone Morphogenetic Protein

骨形态发生蛋白（BMP）的异位成骨能力在骨骼重建中备受期待。针对BMP的临床应用，研究了各种促进剂对BMP-2成骨的促进作用。这些药物分别是前列腺素E1、E2、cAMP、降钙素、K2、O2和血供。注射剂量对骨诱导作用有促进作用。然而，高剂量的药物抑制成骨。这些研究表明，每种药物作用于成骨的不同阶段。这些结果提示在临床上使用BMP时应适当的剂量。

Heterotopic osteoinduction ability of bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) is much anticipated for skeletal reconstruction. Concerning the clinical application of BMP, various promoting agents on the osteoinduction by rhBMP-2 were studied. Those agents were prostaglandin E1, E2, cAMP, calcitonine, K2, O2 and blood supply.The phalmachological dosage of these agents promoted the osteoinduction. However, high dosage of the agents suppressed the osteogenesis. Those studies showed that each agent acted on the various phases of osteogenesis.These results suggested adequate dosages of agents in clinical usage of BMP.
