A Feasibility Study on Development of A Computerized Adaptive Testing System for Students with Disabilities to Take the Tests of National Center for University Entrance Examinations

这是一项可行性研究，目的是开发一种计算机化自适应测试系统，通过该系统可以在普通纸笔测试的1/2或2/3时间内评估残疾学生的成绩，并将其用于国家大学入学考试中心的考试。根据本人的实验研究结果，虽然残疾人参加国家中心考试的时间限制比现行的时间限制要长，但很难再延长。因为如果时间限制比现在更长，这将成为一个无法忍受的负担，对残疾学生以及国家中心的测试管理。因此，在本研究中，CAT的用户界面的设计进行了研究，以最佳的每种类型和程度的残疾，以开发一个CAT的残疾学生。此外，还利用全国大学入学考试中心20多年来保存的大量试题，开发了CAT的试题库。为了大幅度改善残疾学生的考试方法，我想在下一个项目中完成CAT并进行评估。

This is a feasibility study to develop a computerized adaptive testing (CAT) system by which the achievement of students with disabilities can be assessed with time limit 1/2 or 2/3 as short as that of ordinary paper and pencil tests, and to adopt it in the Test of National Center for University Entrance Examinations. It is difficult to extend the time limit for test-takers with disabilities in the Tests of National Center still longer, although they needed longer time limit than that in present according to the results of my experimental studies. Because it would become an intolerable burden on students with disabilities as well as administrations of the Tests of National Center if the time limit was extended longer than that in present.In this study, therefore, designs on user interfaces of CAT were studied optimal to each kind and extent of disabilities to develop a CAT for students with disabilities. An item pool of CAT was also developed by using a large amount of test items stored in the National Center for University Entrance Examinations for over twenty years.To improve testing methods for students with disabilities drastically, I would like to complete this CAT and made its assessment in a next project.
