A Study on Plan and Supply System of Public Operated House according as one person household are increasing

对于公房居民一人住房增加所对应的居住在公有住房的人，本研究基于以下思路：(1)可以对应于不同的家庭成员；(2)可以对应于不同的生命周期；(3)建立了改善居住群体互助功能的设定和联合环境。基于上述基本理念，本文对某城市一人住房增加的现实、特点、并对今后的发展趋势进行了分析。2000年开始实施的是对居民进行问卷调查和居民对房屋进行房间布置的工作坊。根据调查结果，计划对市政管理所进行改造。2001年，对根据上述计划建造的市政管理所如何居住进行了调查。根据2002年对上述项目的居住执行情况的调查结果，对一个可行性较高的具体住宅方案进行了检验。

As for the person of being in the public housing which corresponded to an increase in public housing resident's one person home, this research is the one by which a concrete house plan and the supply system are examined.It is based on the following ideas.(1) It is possible to correspond to various family fatterns.(2) It is possible to correspond at a different life cycle.(3) A set and joint environment by which the mutual aid function of the residence group is improved is made.The following were examined based on a basic above-mentioned idea.The reality of one person home increase in a certain city, the characteristic, and the trend in the future were analyzed in 1999.The work shop which thought about the questionnaire survey of the resident and the room arrangement of the house by the resident was executed in 2000. It was planned to rebuild the municipal management house based on the investigation result.The investigation of how to live with the municipal management house which had been constructed based on the plan of the above-mentioned was executed in 2001. And, the difference with the reality of how to live an idea basic the plan and the resident was examined.A concrete house plan with a high feasibility or more was examined based on the result of the investigation of how to live executed to the above-mentioned in 2002.
