In order to consider the change of life-styles of the old urban family businesses, the author investigated the business and family life-styles of SHINISE (old business in Kyoto) in historical central area of Kyoto city. And further, the author compared with the results of investigation in 1991. More than 10% of the objects of the last investigation were closed, but most of SHINISE have been succeeded and managed by family members. Their life-styles of family living has changed for the individually pattern, and effect in aspect of business management. Four types are found for their changing life-styles in both aspect of working style and habitation.

为了思考旧都市家族企业生活方式的变化，笔者对位于京都市中心历史中心区的SHINISE（京都旧企业）的企业和家庭生活方式进行了调查。进一步，笔者与1991年的调查结果进行了比较。上次调查的对象有10%以上被关闭，但SHINISE的大部分已由家族成员继承和管理。他们的家庭生活方式发生了个体化的变化，并影响到了企业管理方面。从工作方式和居住方式两方面，生活方式的变化可分为四种类型。
