幻聴体験の評価研究:新たに幻聴体験を評価するための構造化面接を開発した。その目的は(1)幻聴の様々な特徴と臨床的特徴との関連を明らかにすること,(2)その特徴と自己評価およびそれに関連する特性との関連,(3)幻聴の特徴と患者の使用するcoping strategyとの関連を調査することである。現在21名の患者に対するtest-retest reliabilityの検定のための面接を終了している。この幻聴体験についての面接はこれまでに130名(うち1,3のみの患者は90例)の患者に施行している。さらに症例数を増やす予定である。症例数が127例の段階での解析では,否定的内容の幻聴および幻声の発生源を敵と捉えていることは,self-efficacyやLife-satisfaction,自己評価を低下させる,幻聴の内容や形式とcopingや患者の判断には関連がある,などの所見が得られている。つまり,幻聴の体験特徴は,その自己評価や自己認識と関連しており,心理学的背景を持つこと,心理学的介入によって影響を及ぼしうるものであることを示唆する所見が導かれていると考えられる。幻聴の認知療法についての研究:現在まで2例の慢性分裂病の幻聴に対して半年間の認知療法を施行した。この2症例は幻聴体験の特徴として相違しており,治療戦略もしくは経過に対照的な点が多く,対比させることによって治療方法の選択の指標を得ることができるものと考えている。妄想体験の評価研究:文献的検討に基づいて妄想についての面接調査の作成を終え,面接症例の収集を進めている。現在96症例が蓄積されている。また20名の患者を対象とするtest-retest reliabilityの検定を終了している。また,精神分裂病の病的体験への心理社会的介入の要点の一つを論文にまとめた。
