A Study on the roles of Agricultural Cooperative in the rural society development and management

在本研究中，我们认为日本农业合作社的角色从农民收入的保全转变为对农村社会和发展的管理。本文从农村农业的继承、农村产业的发展、低环境影响的耕作实践、老年人的福利等方面对日本农业合作社进行了研究，试图从第一、第二、第四三个角度来理解农业合作社在公司改制过程中所创造的新的外包业务结构。第三，将生命周期评价方法应用于农村堆肥场系统，不知道农村农业活动的环境绩效如何，因此，在合作治理理论的指导下，农业合作社联合体的延伸很快就走到了经济学阶段的死胡同。运用生命周期评价方法，分析了现行农村资源管理体制存在的问题。网络农业合作社的提出是解决这些问题的有效途径。最重要的原因是，在这种理念下，合作社与这些成员之间的距离不会再离开。

In our study, we have a viewpoint that the roles of Japanese agricultural cooperatives changed from preservation of farmers income to management of rural society and development. We researched Japanese agricultural cooperatives in the point of I. succession of rural agriculture, II. rural industry development, III. low environmental effect farming practice, and IV. welfare for persons of advanced age.In the points of I, II and IV, we try to understand the structure of new outsourcing business that created by agricultural cooperatives in there corporate restructuring. In the point of III, we apply LCA method to composting plant system in the rural area, so that we wont to know how about environmental performance of rural agricultural activities.Consequently, by the theory of cooperate governance, extension of agricultural cooperatives organization by union will soon reach the dead end in the phase of economics. And by LCA method, there are some problems in existing rural resource management system. The idea of Network agricultural cooperative is very effective for solution of these subjects. The most important reason is, in this idea, distance between cooperative and these members will not leave any more.
