项目摘要

To establish "earth system infomatics" by which the earth science education was united with the information education, the curriculum and the teaching material were developed. A large amount of digital data is processed including the remote sensing data by the satellite etc. every day, and the simulation by the computer is done in various fields in the earth science. It was attempted to mediate the earth science education and the information education through doing the data processing of these earth science phenomena by using various personal computer software. The research was made as follows ; 1. The development of the teaching material : The teaching material, which simulated the tunami and processed the data of the surface meteorological observation by using general software like the spread sheet was developed. Moreover, using software of the freeware and the spread sheet from the numerical map data developed the teaching material, which expressed geographical features. 2. Made of the data set : The data set was made from the latest data by the satellite for the H-R chart making, and the data set of surface meteorological observation, weather satellite image, and image data of four seasons was made. Moreover, the upgrade of data base "Natural disaster and environment of Osaka" of making by oneself was done. 3. Made of the curriculum : The curriculum of "earth system infomatics" which became three credits of year was examined. The curriculum to which the main program like the use of the measurement and communication, the data processing, the simulation, the network use, and the data base etc. was distributed by nine items was made in consideration of promoting "Practice power of the information use", "Scientific understanding of information", and "Attitude to participate in the informationalized society".
为建立地球科学教育与信息教育相结合的“地球系统信息学”,开发了课程和教材。地球科学的各个领域每天都要处理大量的数字数据,包括卫星遥感数据等,并进行计算机模拟。利用各种个人计算机软件对这些地球科学现象进行数据处理,试图在地球科学教育和信息教育之间起到中介作用。研究内容如下:1.教材的开发:利用电子表格等通用软件,开发了模拟tunami和处理地面气象观测数据的教材。并利用免费软件和数字地图数据的电子表格开发了表达地理特征的教材。2.由数据集组成:利用卫星最新资料制作H-R图,制作地面气象观测数据集、气象卫星图像数据集和四季图像数据集。此外,还对自制的数据库“大坂自然灾害与环境”进行了升级。3.课程构成:对成为一年三个学分的“地球系统信息学”课程进行了审查。该课程以测量与通信的使用、数据处理、模拟、网络使用、数据库等9个项目为主要内容,以提高“信息使用的实践力”、“对信息的科学理解”、“参与信息化社会的态度”为目标。
