项目摘要

本研究では情報教育とその他のさまざまなリソース（教育資源）の関わりを扱うが、今年度は関連リソースとして主に、学校図書館、公民教育、歴史教育、デジタル・シティズンシップ、倫理等を中心に取り上げ、理論研究や実践等を実施した。学校図書館については日本図書館情報学会が過去に実施した研究（LIPER）の頃から情報教育との連携が主張されているにもかかわらず、現在においても十分な連携がなされていないことが確認された。一方で、情報教育と他分野との連携がまったくできていないわけではなく、公民教育や歴史教育では文部科学省検定済教科書等において情報社会への言及がみられる。教科書調査の結果、言及内容については教科書ごとの差異が大きく、実践する上では丁寧な教材研究が必要となることが示唆された。また、歴史教育については実際に高等学校の授業においてゲストティーチャーとして実践を行い、教育資源として歴史教育を活用した情報教育の実現可能性を確認した。デジタル・シティズンシップや倫理については、情報社会の進展とともに近年重要性を増している要素である。特にAI（人工知能）の発展・普及は、我々にデジタル市民としてのあり方を再検討させるきっかけとなっており、従来の倫理観を超えた新たな倫理体系の構築すらも必要とされている。こうした社会の変化を教育資源とみなし、情報教育の中でどのように扱っていくのかについて、今年度は理論研究を中心に検討した。今後は教育現場での実践等を含め、より具体的な活用方策の検討を進める予定である。
