The research problem of this year is decipherment of epitaphs in minor Khitai scripts as the last stage of comparative studies of Khitai and Jurchen scripts. Contents of epitaphs in minor Khitai scripts are very rich, historical facts of the Liao dynasty and ethnic customs of Khitai are included. A real image of Khitai that can not be reconstructed by Chinese materials is gradually elucidated by decipherment of epitaphs in Khitai minor scripts. However, it was difficult to acquire real valuable results in the past. Only those who understand both Khitai minor scripts and Chinese materials can acquire new results of researches of the history of Khtai.The head investigator studies Khitai minor scripts on basis of results of decipherment of Jurchen scripts, furthermore, studies the history of the Liao dynasty on basis of results of decipherment of Khitai minor scripts. Then, she acquires results more than expected. The main contents of the results of research of this year are 1) study of the tomb occupants and their genealogies of 13 epitaphs in minor Khitai scripts excavated after 1990s' 2) study of the political social history of the Liao dynasty and ethnic culture and custom relating to the genealogies of the tomb occupants described in these epitaphs. The main content of the Report of the Research Project is the results of researches about 1) as the title of "A Study of Epitaphs in Minor Khitai Scripts", furthermore, as the results of researches about 2), "A Study of Kinship of the Guojiudaxiaowengzhang" "The original meaning and its organization of the Hengzhang", "Xiamage in the Liaoshi", "Zi and Hui of Khitai", "Customs of Khitai and Khitanized Chinese", "A Study of Xiao Shuzhe", "A Study of Descendants of Han Dewei and Han Dechang", "A Study of the Wugulie Tribe" are respectively added to the study of related epitaphs.

本年度的研究课题是作为契泰文字与女真文字比较研究的最后阶段——小契泰文字墓志铭的解读。小隶书墓志内容十分丰富，既有辽代史实，也有契泰民族风情。通过对赤台小文墓志铭的解读，逐渐阐明了一个无法用汉文材料还原的赤台真实形象。但是，过去很难取得真正有价值的成果。只有既懂吉泰小文又懂汉文材料的人，才能获得吉泰史研究的新成果。首席研究者以女真文字的破译结果为基础研究契泰小文，进而以契泰小文的破译结果为基础研究辽代历史。然后，她获得了比预期更多的结果。本年度研究成果的主要内容是：(1)对20世纪90年代以后出土的13个小契泰文字墓志的墓人及其族谱进行研究；(2)对这些墓志中墓人族谱所涉及的辽代政治社会史和民族文化习俗进行研究。研究项目的报告的主要内容是研究的结果对1)的标题“墓志铭的研究小Khitai脚本”,此外,研究的结果2),“Guojiudaxiaowengzhang亲属关系的研究”的本义及其组织Hengzhang”、“Xiamage Liaoshi”,“子和回族Khitai”,“海关Khitai和Khitanized中国”,“肖Shuzhe的研究”,“研究汉Dewei和汉族宁波德”的后裔,在相关墓志研究中分别增加了《武古烈部落研究》。
