项目摘要

(1) Data communication network by the Satellite-Packet-Communication technique was established, which connects Training Ship. "Fukae Maru" of KUMM to the shore-based control station in KUMM campus.(2) Quantitative Safety Assessment Technology was developed, which is necessary to support safe fleet operation from the shore.(3) A prototype experiment system was established, in which the safety assessment technology was merged with the information and communication technology by introducing the satellite communication technique. And the feasibility of shore-based fleet safety management system was confirmed.(4) We could extend our knowledge that the detecting of the conflict which is latent in the human relation between ship and shore and the dissolving the human error due to human factors which exist between the both ends of the system.
(1)利用卫星分组通信技术建立了与训练船相连的数据通信网络。KUMM的“Jumae Maru”到KUMM校园的岸基控制站。(2)开发了定量安全评估技术,这是从海岸支持船队安全运行所必需的。(3)通过引入卫星通信技术,将安全评估技术与信息通信技术相融合,建立了原型实验系统。验证了岸基船队安全管理系统的可行性。(4)通过对船海岸人际关系中潜在冲突的检测和对系统两端因人为因素而产生的人为错误的消解,可以拓展我们的认识。
