项目摘要

平成15年度は、西田哲学における不一不二元論についての研究を続けて、刷新的な解釈を発展させ、学会発表をおこない、裏面に記載した諸論文を公刊しました。最近は、西田哲学の注釈に取り組んでいますが、その際、基本的な解釈として考えられるのは二つだけです。西谷啓治と上田閑照に従う学者は西田哲学に於ける「絶対矛盾的自己同一」という概念を哲学の問題の解決と述べていますし、批判者は西田哲学を非哲学的であるとかたづけています。支持者も批判者も西田哲学を同一哲学として解釈していますが、そういう解釈は西田の哲学を誤解することになると思います。それに反して、私は同一と差異を含める解釈方法を導入します。殊に、西田哲学に従う西谷啓治と上田閑照だけではなく、同一の哲学を支える務台理作と同時に、それを批判する田辺元と高橋里美の立場から見ると、西田哲学を不一不二元論としで理解すればいいと思います。そうすると、西田哲学は仏教における思想を解明し、現代哲学に適用されることによって、哲学に刷新的な貢献をすることになると言えます。現在も引き続き、コンピュータの製品、殊に、外付けドライブ、スキャナー、及びOCRソフトを購入したり、自分が所有している西田全集の半分以上をスキャンしたり、CDで録画したりしています。この作業によって、キーワード検索や、結果の印刷ができるようになります。私のアシスタントにスキャンしてもらいました。また、京都学派に関する引用や定義などコンピュータのデータベースも作成しています。それから、西谷啓治と上田閑照等についての図書を買ったり、講義、又は研究会に出席するために京都に行ったりしました。研究費によって研究を大変援助していただき、有難うございました。
