Practical approaches to relaxing mind and body in classrooms : Combining "Karada Hogushi no Undo" in health and physical education and Education on Stress Management

本研究的目的是将《健康与体育》与《压力管理教育》相结合，并将其实验应用于实际教育场景进行分析。首先，对国内外关于Karada Hogushi no Undo和压力管理教育的研究文献进行了综述。（实践案例见《体育教学舞蹈教材的开发——舞蹈动作治疗方法的可能性》）其次，从运动学角度对卡拉达·北井无Undo进行动作分析和压力管理教育。野口太isoudemawashi的表现，或无能量的手臂运动，通过检查的动作之间的差异，熟练和有经验的分析。这一综合教育项目结合了Karada Hogushi no Undo和压力管理教育，并编制成一份名为《课堂上Karada Hogushi no Undo的研究——高中生的心理变化》的实践报告。这项研究的详细情况在一本小册子中有报道。

The purpose of this research was to combine Karada Hogushi no Undo in health and physical education and Education on Stress Management, and to experimentally apply them to actual educational scene for analysis. First, literatures of prior researches conducted in Japan and abroad on Karada Hogushi no Undo and Education on Stress Management were reviewed. (Practical case studies were reported in "Development of Dance Teaching Materials in Physical Education IX-Possibility of Dance Movement Therapeutic Approach") Next, Movement analysis on Karada Hogushi no Undo and Education on Stress Management was conducted from kinetiological aspects. The performance of Udemawashi, or non-energetic arm movement, of Noguchi Taiso was analyzed by examining the differences between the movements of the skilled and of the experienced. The comprehensive educational program combining Karada Hogushi no Undo and Education on Stress Management is compiled in a practical report titled "A Study on Karada Hogushi no Undo in classrooms--psychological changes among High School Students." The details of this research are reported in a booklet.
