Development of a Teacher Training Program to Teach "Japanese Tradition and Culture" Using Nihon Buyo as a Teaching Material

考虑到全球化时代，需要创造教育方法来培养特别是日本年轻人尊重多元文化的态度和素质。本研究的目的是发展一个教师培训计划，以促进学生进一步了解“日本传统与文化”，以满足需要。笔者以《日本歌谣》为教材，专门设计了一个示范性的培训项目，并将其付诸实践，同时通过学员自由评论等多种分析方法对该项目进行了评价。本研究通过作者作为艺妓追求者的经验进行观察，从而对研究结果进行了全面的观察。

Considering the age of globalization, it is needed to create educational methods to nurture attitudes and qualities especially among young Japanese to respect diverse cultures. The aim of the present study is to develop a teacher training program to promote further understanding by students of "Japanese Tradition and Culture" to meet the need. The author specifically created a model training program using nihon buyo as its teaching material, put the program into practice, and evaluated the program by several analytical methods including free comments by the trainees. The study was qualitatively augmented by the author's observation based on her experience as kyudosha, a seeker of the geido, to give a comprehensive view of the study results.
