项目摘要

本年度、本研究に関して実施したことは、以下の2点である。1)昨年度の検討の結果、対人的交渉方略など社会性(対人関係スキル)の習得においては「相手の気持ちを理解しようとする共感能力」の獲得が重要である事が示唆されたのを受けて、相手の視点に立って相手の気持ちを「理解する」こと、また、そのために必栗な「聴く(傾聴する)」ことの習得に関する教育・介入方法について検討を行った。大学生を対象に、カウンセリング技能の教育の一環として、相手の話を「聴く」「理解する」技術の習得に関する教育実践を行った。その結果、前年度の予備実践の結果と同様に「(聴き手と話し手に分かれて行う)ロールプレイ」と「話し手からのフィードバック」が習得に有効な教育方法であることがわかった。また、「聴き手」の立場だけでなく「話し手」の立場になる体験が、「話し手」「聴き手」両方の視点を得られるという意味で有効であることも明らかになった。さらに、ロールプレイを,通して「十分に聴くことができない」という体験をした人に対しては、「聴く」ことを阻害する要因について指導者と十分に話し合うことが、より良く「聴く」技術への習得に有効であることもわかった。これらの結果については、論文にまとめた。2)上記1)と同様のことを、学校教育場面(中学生)で適用可能か否かを検討することを目的として、a)ある中学校で行われている「ピアサポート」の実践状況の直接観察と、b)中学校での類似した教育実践(構成的エンカウンターグループ)について収めたビデオを見て検討した。a)では、生徒への教育・介入の内容について、指導を行っている教員と話し合って検討を行った。b)では、中学生への適用においてより有効な教育・介入の技術・手順について検討した。今後さらに、中学生にとって有効な教育・介入方法の検討を続けていくことが必要である。
